About me
I am a veterinarian based in Wollongong, NSW, Australia with over 10 years experience in private practice. I have been building websites since 2004. Thanks to various online resources I taught myself html, and css and have learnt about content management, accessibility, search engine optimisation and good-looking design. 
As I gain great enjoyment from developing and maintaining websites I have expanded from maintaining just the practice website and have now also redesigned and maintain a community website for an open source veterinary practice management software- Open VPMS.
The web is constantly changing and it is imperative that I continually learn to keep up to date with the latest trends. My skills are increasing in the use of php and javascript. The sites I am currently managing are using the open-source content management system drupal.
